This Assignment Contract is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County. All real property described herein is located within Miami-Dade County, Florida.
This is a Wholesale Assignment of Purchase and Sale Agreement. The Assignor (seller) agrees to assign their equitable interest in the subject property to the Assignee (buyer) for the Assignment Fee specified above. This is not a listing agreement, brokerage agreement, or an offer to purchase. The Assignor retains the right to sell the property to any other buyer prior to execution of this assignment.
